All of our breads and pastries are made to order fresh throughout the day. We create everything from scratch and use local ingredients whenever possible.

About Macrina Wholesale: We sell our fresh breads and pastries to restaurants, cafés, markets, hotels, catering companies, hospitals, and institutions.
Minimum order for delivery is $40.
Will-call is available at all of our cafés, except Aloha.
Please order, change or cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your delivery or pick up time. Requests must be made during business hours.

Double Chocolate Muffins
A delicate dark chocolate muffin made with Valrhona cocoa, extra chocolatey with melted chocolate chips. They could pass for dessert but are made for morning coffee.
Organic English Muffins
Bulk 6-Pack and Retail 4-Pack
With a mild tang, chewy bite, and craggy interior made for butter and jam, our English Muffins get their character from sour white starter and a blend of white and whole wheat flours.
Cardamom Rolls
Flaky cornetto dough twisted with ribbons of cardamom brown sugar, topped with pearl sugar and baked until the edges crisp and caramelize.
