Seasonal French Toast

Quinoa salad with hazelnuts, apples and dried cranberries, two eggs as you like them with rosemary crème fraîche. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and our toasted Fresh Herb Roll.
Macrina Country Biscuits with chicken sausage and roasted fennel gravy. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and two eggs over easy.
Our thick-cut Brioche topped with cinnamon-roasted apples, butterscotch whipped cream and toasted hazelnuts. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Our Belgian waffle topped with maple-caramelized bananas, rum whipped cream and toasted almonds. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $3.50.
Salmon Egg Bialy
Our toasted Onion Bialy with fromage blanc spread, topped with softly scrambled eggs, Gerard and Dominique cold-smoked salmon and a salad of capers, pickled red onions, dill and chives. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
