Seasonal French Toast

Roasted vegetable frittata of zucchini, red peppers, onions, spinach and Parmesan with a salad of fresée and pistachios tossed in Dijon vinaigrette. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and toasted Greek Olive Baguette.
Croque Madame with Gruyère, smoked ham and caramelized onions on our toasted Brioche topped with two eggs* over easy, Mornay sauce and cherry chutney. Served with herb-roasted potatoes.
Our thick-cut Brioche topped with chocolate ganache, sea salted almonds, raspberries and brandied whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Our Belgian Waffle topped with ginger-poached pears, candied kumquats and brown sugar crème fraîche. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs* fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $3.50.
Salmon Egg Bialy
Our toasted Onion Bialy with fromage blanc spread, topped with softly scrambled eggs*, Gerard and Dominique cold-smoked salmon and a salad of capers, pickled red onions, dill and chives. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
