Seasonal French Toast

Avocado toast on our Skagit Sourdough with a Greek orzo salad over eggs* scrambled with Mama Lil’s peppers and oregano, finished with tzatziki sauce. Served with herb-roasted potatoes.
Eggs* scrambled with rosemary ham and double Gloucester, finished with leek confit. Served with a quinoa and fruit salad, herb-roasted potatoes and our toasted Pizza Bianca.
Our thick-cut Brioche topped with summer fruit compote, orange mascarpone cream and toasted pecans. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Our Belgian waffle topped with strawberries, honey chia yogurt pudding and housemade streusel. Served with hickory-smoked nitrate-free bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs* fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add hickory-smoked nitrate-free bacon for $3.90.
Salmon Egg Bialy
Our toasted Onion Bialy with fromage blanc spread, topped with softly scrambled eggs*, Gerard and Dominique cold-smoked salmon and a salad of capers, pickled red onions, dill and chives. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
