Seasonal French Toast

Avocado toast on our Skagit Sourdough and a frittata of roasted artichokes, asparagus and heirloom tomatoes topped with burrata and green garlic purée. Served with herb-roasted potatoes.
Strata made with our Pizza Bianca, ham, asparagus and Gruyèere. Served with two eggs* over easy topped with roasted red pepper coulis and a side of herb-roasted potatoes.
Our Challah French toast topped with plums, brandied whipped cream and toasted walnuts. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Our Belgian lemon-poppy seed Waffle topped with Meyer lemon marmalade, toasted almonds and vanilla-whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs* fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $3.90.
Salmon Egg Bialy
Our toasted Onion Bialy with fromage blanc spread, topped with softly scrambled eggs*, Gerard and Dominique cold-smoked salmon and a salad of capers, pickled red onions, dill and chives. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
