Our version of red velvet cake has a dark red color to match the rich Valrhona chocolate flavor layered with cream cheese icing.
Lemon Butter Cake
Fresh lemon butter cake layered with lemon curd lightened with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry preserves. Frosted with lemon buttercream and dusted on the sides with crumbled biscotti (may contain nuts).

Our European-style cakes are simply decorated with chocolate curls and fresh fruit. Hand-scribed messages are available for $3.75 per cake. If you are interested in customizing a cake, please call for a quote - 206.448.4089.
All of our cakes, tortes and tarts are best served at room temperature. Remove cakes or tortes from your refrigerator two hours before serving. Remove tarts from your refrigerator one hour before serving.
While some of our cakes are gluten-free, they are made in a gluten-friendly environment.
