Herb-scrambled eggs with Oxbow Farm‘s butternut squash, spicy chickpeas, roasted tomatoes and romesco* sauce. Served with a Whole Wheat Cider Roll, fresh fruit and herb-roasted potatoes.
Croque madame on Brioche with rosemary ham, Gruyere, cranberry-fig chutney and Mornay sauce. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and fresh fruit.
Thick cut Brioche topped with mixed berry compote, rosemary-sugar crème fraîche, and toasted pecans. Served with Zoe's Chicken Apple Sausage.
