Carne Bialy Egg Sandwich
BRUNCH MENU FOR FEBRUARY 17 - 18
Breakfast chili of winter vegetables, sweet potatoes, lentils and herbed crème fraîche with two eggs as you like them. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and Semolina Rosemary toast.
Roasted chicken pot pie on Macrina country biscuits, two eggs over easy and Italian parsley salad. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and fresh fruit.
Our product of the month, Cherry Brioche, is thick-cut and topped with blueberry lemon compote, basil-sugar whipped cream and toasted almonds. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Buttermilk waffle topped with ginger-poached pears, vanilla crème fraîche and candied kumquats. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $3.50.
